These are heavyweight and quality pie pans. Great price for this set of two. These perform well...even golden browning of your pie crust's bottom, because they are heavyweight. You can just feel the quality.
They have an excellent non stick finish; adhered very well, releases easily, and no problems cleaning up any baked on excess that may spill over to the outside of the pans. They clean up like a breeze with hot soapy water, I used them for cornbread and small casseroles, too.
By the way, the OvenStuff Bundform Cake pan is just as good quality. Bakes great and never overbrowns the bottom. Bakes very evenly.

These pie pans are the greatest and so easy to clean.

Simple and functional. The pans were exactly what I expected from the description online. I've only used them to make Quiche so far but they did the trick.
