I ordered 3 toner cartridges from VIVAMART for my Brother Intellifax2820. After 2 days the ink had leaked through the fax machine so that the fax machine no longer works properly. The price for the cartridges was too good to be true and was not worth it. I will no longer buy refurbished cartridges for any of the equipment in my office.

I was excited that I could save 50% on my Dell 1815dn toner... however it leaked toner all over the inside of my copier. They did send a replacement right away... so I just need to pull my $85 Dell toner out that I know works well and gets a great deal of copies and see if the replacement is any good...
