Quick to hookup. BUT DOESN'T WORK! The headphones work just fine, but the mic either creates an instant feedback loop into the headphones, or it doesn't work at all. I've tried three different styles of PC headset. Mic either didn't work or there was only the scream of feedback. I would not recommend buying this product to anyone as it doesn't do anything but take up space.

We were able to use the adapter to connect much better head phones to our customer support phones. Using good headsets (with both ears) has made a huge difference.

A nice product but the fine print says it does not work with CISCO phones. On my phone the headphones worked when plugged into to the microphone jack, but the microphone did not work in the headphone jack.
